The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is the host hotel and your preferred accommodations for the conference. This hotel is connected to the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center by a bridge on the second floor and provides the most convenient access to the conference. The hotel also shares a covered parking deck with the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center (where conference sessions will take place).
Located on the Georgia Tech campus in Technology Square – the heart of Midtown Atlanta’s thriving retail neighborhood – you will only be moments from the city’s best restaurants, coolest shops and most fascinating attractions. Visit the High Museum of Art, the Fox Theatre, explore the Georgia Aquarium or stroll through Midtown Atlanta.
Making Reservations
Make your reservation now! Our special rate for the conference is $159/nt plus applicable state and local taxes (this is the state motel-hotel fee for single/double occupancy). A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate and the $159 rate for is offered until June 7, 2016. After June 7, rooms may be reserved based on availability at a possibly higher rate per night.

- For those attendees driving to the hotel, overnight parking is $15 per night. (for unlimited in and out access to the garage, an $18 pass is available.)

Double-click on Reservation Wizard, put in the dates of your reservation, and at the bottom of the page, add the booking code "PHYI" and click next.
