Call for Special Session

Interested attendees are encouraged to propose special sessions, each of which consists of 3-4 presentations on a particular topic related to PI. The special session topic can be selected, yet not limited, to the topics in the call for contributions. Each proposal must include the session title, description, organizers and affiliations.

All speakers need to be registered as full participants of the conference
- Special Session Proposals should be sent to: ipic@etp-alice.eu by 15th April following the proposal template below.

Open Session (2000 €)
- Special session web streamed openly for Conference Participants and interested parties without registration.
- A tribute in the Conference Session to the sponsor
- A tribute in the Conference Program and Conference Proceedings, distributed via the conference webpage.

- Session openly available IPIC 2021 web page.
- Recordings of the session will be provided free with also the rights to be disseminated via the project/company's communication channels
Conference Session (1000 €)
